1. Service Guarantee & Satisfaction
We are committed to providing quality repair and installation services. If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Incomplete Service: If our technician fails to complete the repair due to technical limitations or unavailability of parts, you may request a refund for the service charge paid in advance.
Incorrect Charges: If you have been charged incorrectly or overcharged, we will refund the excess amount upon verification.
Service Not Availed: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours before the appointment, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Repeated Issues: If the same problem reoccurs within our warranty period, we will re-service the appliance free of charge. If the issue remains unresolved after multiple attempts, you may request a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:
If the service has been successfully completed and the appliance is functioning properly.
If the issue is due to customer mishandling or misuse of the appliance.
If cancellation is requested after the technician has arrived at the service location.
If spare parts have been purchased and installed, as these are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Return & Replacement of Spare Parts
All spare parts installed by SB Repair Service come with a manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
If a spare part is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for used or installed spare parts unless they are proven to be faulty under warranty terms.
5. Warranty Policy
We provide a 30-day service warranty on all repairs.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by electrical fluctuations, physical damage, or improper usage.
Manufacturer warranties apply to specific spare parts as per their respective policies.
6. Cancellation Policy
Service appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
