1. Service Overview

SB Repair Service offers repair and maintenance services for home appliances in Chandigarh, including:

  • Refrigerator Service

  • Microwave Oven Repair

  • AC Repair and Installation

  • Geyser Repair

  • RO (Water Purifier) Repair

  • Chimney Repair


2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Customers can book a service request through our website, phone (+91 7983259668), or email (contact@sbrepairservice.com).

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via call or email.

  • Any rescheduling or cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.


3. Service Charges & Payments

  • Charges vary depending on the type of service and the appliance being repaired.

  • On-site inspection charges may apply and will be adjusted in the final bill if the service is availed.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer after service completion.

  • SB Repair Service reserves the right to modify service charges without prior notice.


4. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a limited warranty on repairs (duration varies per service and will be communicated during service confirmation).

  • The warranty covers only the parts replaced and the specific service provided.

  • SB Repair Service is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or natural wear and tear of appliances.

  • Customers are advised to test the appliance immediately after service to confirm its functionality.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate details about the issue and allow our technicians access to the appliance.

  • Any previous repairs or modifications must be disclosed to avoid service complications.

  • SB Repair Service is not responsible for any pre-existing appliance damages.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel service requests 24 hours before the scheduled visit to avoid cancellation charges.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the nature of the cancellation or service failure.

  • SB Repair Service holds the right to refuse a refund if the service has been successfully rendered.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • SB Repair Service and its technicians are not responsible for data loss, electric faults, or further appliance damage due to unforeseen issues.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.


8. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Customer information is collected only for service-related purposes and is not shared with third parties.

  • We ensure confidentiality of all personal details provided during service requests.


9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts.
